Delivery & Returns


Free Shipping – Orders over $50 are eligible for FREE U.S. ground shipping (with exclusions).

Shipments are sent via UPS ground, a confirmation email will be sent when an order is placed, and tracking information will be emailed when the order ships.  In the case of an unavoidable shipping delay you will be notified by email.  

While most items are eligible for free shipping, some oversized or very heavy items are still subject to shipping fees such as leather cleaning supplies, stirrups and saddles.  Shipping totals may be viewed at checkout.

Purequestrian ships only within the United States at this time. 


If a purchase from Purequestrian is unsatisfactory or damaged, it may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange voucher equal to the value of the item(s) you ordered. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging where appropriate. We cannot accept returns of any horse bit, or any leather item that has been cleaned, conditioned, or oiled. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after more than 30 days post-purchase. 

To make a return, please email us at [email protected] and ship your package to Katarina Equestrian LLC, 330 Howard Way Drive, Aledo, TX, 76008. Once the return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent. If the return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, less the original shipping cost.

Clearance and sale items will not be considered for exchange or refund unless the product was received damaged or defective.
